Forty-five Martu women and six other staff of Kanyirninpa Jukurrpa conclude a week-long camp near Parnngurr. Fiona has worked with some of these families across four generations (KJ 2015).

Locations and languages

Fiona has worked across Western Australia and the Northern Territory and in parts of South Australia. Her skills and approach are transferable across the continent. She lives on Arrernte country and works with Eastern, Central and Western Arrernte people. In Australia, we all live and work on Aboriginal lands. Other Aboriginal countries she works on include Martu and its dialect regions, Warlmanpa, Warlpiri, Pitjantjatjara, Pintupi and many others.
